Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Growth Associate to support strategic planning, market research, and business growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across operations, partnerships, analytics, and growth projects while gaining exposure to startup scaling and EdTech strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Founder on strategic planning, business initiatives, and execution:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights:
Identify and support new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations:
Assist with B2B and university liaison activities, including presentations and meetings
Represent the company at education fairs, client meetings, and business programs:




Coordinate internal teams for smooth execution of growth and operational projects

Skills & Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate (Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred)
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills:
Excellent communication and presentation abilities:
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Self-starter with ability to multitask, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment:
Willingness to travel occasionally for events or meetings
Passion for education and technology is a plus
English fluency is mandatory
