Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to sell products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.
Document customer interactions and enter details in the CRM system accurately.
Handle objections and provide solutions to customer inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude with customers.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
