Expertise: Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, wallets, and cryptocurrency trading.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with system architecture, cloud computing, microservices, security, and backend engineering.
Security Acumen: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and practices, particularly in the context of crypto exchanges.
Leadership: Proven experience building and managing large, high-performing engineering teams.
Education:



Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A combination of equivalent experience and education will also be considered.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations surrounding crypto exchanges and digital assets (AML/KYC, CFTC, SEC regulations).
Experience with DeFi platforms and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
Solid connections within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and market-making.
Experience working with regulatory bodies on crypto-specific compliance.
