Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Salary: Minimum ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mahestalla

Educational Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Robust technical background in machine maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines in Unit 1 & Unit 2

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults

Ensure smooth operation of production machinery with minimum downtime

Handle routine inspections, lubrication, alignment, and part replacements

Maintain maintenance records, logs, and checklists

Coordinate with production team for planned maintenance

Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs

Support installation and commissioning of current machines if required

Key Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance

Robust knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems





Ability to independently handle breakdown situations

Basic understanding of motors, panels, wiring, and mechanical assemblies

Willingness to work across both units (Unit 1 & Unit 2)

Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude

Manufacturing / factory maintenance background

Experience handling multiple machines and shifts

Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
