Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. IT Asset Management
Maintain and update IT asset inventory (hardware, software,



licenses).
Track procurement, allocation, and lifecycle of IT equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for purchases, repairs, and warranties.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
2. Technical Support
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
4. Desktop Support
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance.
5. Windows System Support
Install, configure, and manage Windows operating systems.
Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches and security updates.
