Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Capture skilled photographs during:
Political rallies, press conferences, and public events
Meetings, field visits, and constituency engagements
Campaign activities and behind-the-scenes moments
Develop visual storytelling aligned with political messaging and branding
Edit, retouch, and deliver high-quality images within tight deadlines
Coordinate with:
Social Media Team
PR & Communications Team
Campaign Managers
Maintain a well-organized digital archive of images
Ensure all content adheres to party guidelines, public image standards, and media protocols
Be available for travel and flexible working hours, including weekends and late hours during campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Media, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in:
Event photography
Political / news / media coverage (highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of:




DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lenses
Lighting techniques (natural & artificial)
Editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Robust attention to detail and creativity
Understanding of political sensitivity, confidentiality, and media ethics

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with political campaigns, government bodies, or media houses
Basic videography and reel creation skills
Knowledge of social media content formats and trends

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
