Job Title: Career Counsellor

Locations: Hyderabad. Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Career Counselors to guide and support students and youth in making informed educational and professional decisions. The role involves facilitating career awareness sessions, personalized counseling, and collaboration with schools, parents, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assess interests, aspirations, and career goals of students.
Facilitate career awareness and life skills workshops in schools and community settings.
Guide students in choosing suitable education streams, vocational pathways, and employment prospects.
Support youth in developing soft skills, goal setting, and confidence building.
Coordinate with school staff, parents, project teams, and district stakeholders for program execution.
Maintain counseling records, session documentation, and prepare progress reports.




Plan and execute field visits and outreach activities to maximize program reach.
Participate in internal training, review meetings, and career development activities.

Required Qualifications
Graduation or Post-Graduation in Social Science, Education, Psychology, or related field.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in counseling, teaching, career guidance, youth development, or related field.

Ability to work with diverse youth and community groups
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local regional language

Work Environment
Field-based role with regular travel within the assigned district
Engagement with schools, community organizations, and youth groups

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
