Samar Jewels is a leading 925 silver jewellery manufacturing company. We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Caller / Telecaller to handle client communication and support our sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain our jewellery manufacturing services and product details clearly
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments
Maintain call records and customer data accurately
Coordinate with the sales and production team for smooth communication
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:




Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English (Bengali is a plus)
Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling
Ability to speak confidently and professionally on calls
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience as a caller or telecaller is an advantage
