Key Responsibilities:
Review and modernize existing codebases for integration and performance improvements.
Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for predictive, prescriptive analytics and unsupervised/reinforcement learning.
Architect data pipelines for advanced analytics and real-time processing.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security across systems.
Drive initiatives using Generative AI, Digital Twins and advanced NLP.
Design prompt engineering strategies for enterprise AI use cases.
Explore emerging technologies like LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face to enhance automation and intelligent decision-making.
Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and innovation best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise in API design, development, and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of Machine Algorithm models and Data Pipelines for enterprise scale.




Experience with open-source frameworks and tools for AI, Data Science, and enterprise development.
Proficiency in deploying and managing solutions on on-prem infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
Knowledge of security and compliance best practices for on-prem environments.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).
Solid understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture with at least 2 - 3 years in AI/ML projects.
