Job ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Draughtsman
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed design documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for fully integrated and clash-free designs.
Ensure compliance with authority regulations, building codes, and project standards.
Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views, and renderings as required.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and coordination comments.
Support authority submissions and NOC documentation.

MEP Draughtsman
Prepare detailed MEP drawings including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.




Develop layouts, schematics, and coordinated drawings as per UAE authority standards.
Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural and Structural teams to avoid clashes.
Prepare drawings for authority submissions and NOC approvals.
Revise drawings based on authority comments and design coordination.
Assist engineers during design development and coordination meetings.

RequirementsArchitectural Draughtsman
Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draughtsmanship.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural drafting/design consultancy
(UAE project experience is an advantage)._
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
(Lumion / Photoshop knowledge is an advantage)._
Robust understanding of construction details, materials, and standards.
Positive coordination and communication skills.

MEP Draughtsman
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or MEP Draughtsmanship.
Minimum 3 y
