Role Overview:
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy to join our energetic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.

Follow up insurance carriers based on client appointments.

Track and update the status of unpaid claims.

Adapt to various voice-based processes as required.

Maintain accurate daily logs of activities.

Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, adhering to client SLAs.

Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve shared goals.

Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner when necessary.
