Role Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating sales activities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to support both sales growth and operational coordination in a quick-growing agritech business.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Explore recent markets and customer segments to expand business reach.




Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
Sales Coordination & Operations

Coordinate sales activities between customers, sales team, and internal departments.
Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch coordination, and timely delivery.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, and documentation.
Product Promotion & Market Development

Promote and support sales of organic manure, fertilizers, soil enhancers, and related agricultural products.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals.
Participate in trade shows, agriculture expos, conferences, and marketing events.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
