Job Description: VMC Operator
We are seeking a disciplined VMC Operator to execute high-precision machining tasks. You will be responsible for the independent operation of VMC units to produce components with tight tolerances for mission-critical industries.
Technical Scope
Machine Operation: Independent handling of VMC and CNC machines.
Material Expertise:
Work with Engineering Plastics, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.
Quality & Precision: Use of Height Gauges and Video Measuring Machines (VMM) for self-inspection.
Process Documentation: Accurate maintenance of job cards, tool offset logs, and daily checklists.
Mandatory Work Schedule
Shift Structure: 12 Hours per day (9-hour base + 3 hours mandatory OT).
Rotation: Compulsory weekly rotation between Day and Night shifts.
Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related technical field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
