About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth guest experience, and maintaining high service standards at the cinema.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and skilled manner
Guide customers regarding ticket bookings, show timings, and services
Handle food & beverage service efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Support team members in daily operations

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers are welcome to apply




Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi)
Presentable personality and positive attitude
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
