Job Summary:
The Linear Blowing Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining linear blow molding machines used in the production of PET bottles or related plastic products. The role ensures consistent product quality, productive machine performance, and adherence to safety and production standards.

Key responsibilities
Operate and monitor the linear blowing machine during production.
Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, preform loading, and air settings.
Start up, shut down, and adjust machines as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and resolve minor mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime.
Report major technical problems to maintenance technicians.

Maintain accurate records of daily production, downtime, and material usage.




Ensure continuous feeding of preforms and manage raw material inventory.
Follow production schedules and meet output targets.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Adhere to Valuable Manufacturing Practices and ISO standards (if applicable).
Keep work area clean and organized.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/ITI or technical certificate preferred.

Experience:
Previous experience operating blow molding machines (especially linear/PET) is an advantage.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Technical Skills:
Robust mechanical aptitude and sound understanding of electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, machine drawings, and schematics.
Proficiency in using hand tools, alignment devices, and measurement instruments.
