What You Will Do
Handle end-to-end visa processing for international destinations including documentation, form filling, appointment scheduling, and submission.
Guide clients accurately on visa requirements, documentation checklists, and timelines as per embassy/consulate guidelines.
Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy standards.
Manage urgent and priority visa cases efficiently with solid follow-up.
Maintain proper records of visa files, client documents, and communication logs in internal systems.
Stay updated with changing immigration rules, visa policies, and country-specific requirements.
Provide support for travel insurance and other related travel documentation when required.

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures for major destinations (USA, UK, Schengen, Australia, etc.)
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents responsibly
Positive coordination and follow-up skills
