Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.
Handle RCC estimation, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) preparation, and quantity take-offs.
Prepare detailed and block estimates as per drawings and specifications.
Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, and machinery.
Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with project, site, and planning teams for estimation accuracy.
Support tendering and budgeting activities.
Assist in cost control and cost optimization during project execution.
Lead and coordinate with junior engineers and estimation staff when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.




Minimum 3+ years of experience in estimation and costing.
Robust expertise in RCC works and BBS preparation.
Valuable knowledge of finishing works.
Proficient in detailed & block estimates.
Skilled in rate analysis and BOQ preparation.
Ability to lead and coordinate project teams.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of estimation software and MS Excel.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
