Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing to continuously enhance our creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.




Edit video footage to create compelling videos for marketing, social media, training, presentations, or entertainment
Arrange video clips, add transitions, and make cuts to create a seamless and engaging visual story
Prepare videos for various platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications and standards for online distribution
Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and adhere to company style guides.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design & video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects & Premior Pro) and other relevant design & video editing tools.
Solid portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work and creative thinking.
Excellent communication skills
