Job Title: Graphic Designer

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday is a Week Off)
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media creatives, and advertisements
Create engaging digital content for social media platforms and websites
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and creatives
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines
Edit images, videos, and graphics as required
Work on real estate project creatives such as site plans, promotional ads, and presentations
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (preferred)
Robust creativity and visual storytelling skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate or related industry
Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms
