Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement IT strategies, goals, and policies in alignment with the company's objectives.
Infrastructure Management: Administer and monitor the utilization, availability, and security of all IT infrastructure and systems, including networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux servers
Cybersecurity & Data Management:Ensure data security, integrity,



and backup systems are robust. Implement security measures, conduct audits, and develop disaster recovery plans to mitigate risks.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Provide high-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
Team Leadership:Oversee the IT team, which may include mentoring junior staff, evaluate performance, and foster a cooperative work setting

Skills:
In depth knowledge of Windows server administration (AD, DHCP, FTP, DNS and Linux administration.
Positive knowledge of Network administration switches and Firewall (FortiGate/Palo Alto)
Backup administration (Veeam software)
Disaster recovery planning.
Server patching
SOP document preparation and audit documentation.
Asset inventory management
End user support / user management
Quickly diagnose and solve system related issue and outage to mi
