We are building a reliable, efficient, and growth-focused business and are looking for a capable team member who can support daily operations across imports, inventory, accounts, and sales coordination.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Surat. We are looking for someone practical, organized, and dependable who can handle multiple business functions in one role.

The position will involve supporting day-to-day import operations, maintaining inventory records, handling basic accounting tasks, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and assisting with sales follow-up and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle import-related documentation and shipment coordination

Track inventory, stock movement, and internal records

Support minor accounting and bookkeeping work





Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, clearing agents, and customers

Assist with sales follow-up, quotations, and customer communication

Help maintain smooth daily business operations across departments

Qualifications

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Positive communication skills in daily business dealings

Basic knowledge of accounting and recordkeeping

Ability to manage inventory and operational tasks accurately

Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a quick-paced business

Experience in import-export, logistics, inventory, accounts, or sales support is preferred

A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but practical experience matters more
