Job Summary:
Title Examination
Conduct detailed and comprehensive examinations of commercial property records, including deeds, easements, liens, general index, tax records, plat examining, and related documents.
Review and validate chain of title, legal descriptions (well versed with all types of legal descriptions), surveys, and other instruments to produce accurate title commitments.
Analyze complex, multi-parcel, multi-site, or specialized commercial transactions with a high degree of competency and independence.
5+ years of title examination experience, with significant exposure to Full Search (Minimum 30 Years Search Standard) transactions preferred.
Commercial real estate or legal experience and familiarity with multi-state transactions are highly beneficial.
