Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Field Service Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience to lead the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of our advanced industrial utilities range.

Key Responsibilities:
Commissioning & Installation: Supervise, execute, and manage the in office erection, testing, and commissioning of Refrigerated, Heatless, HOC, and Blower Reactivated Air Dryers, as well as PSA Nitrogen Generators.
Maintenance & Repair: Conduct periodic preventive maintenance, routine diagnostic checks, and emergency breakdown repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime at client facilities.
Fault Diagnosis: Efficiently identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in control panels, switching valves, heaters, blowers, desiccants, and PLC circuits.
Customer Support: Serve as the technical point of contact in office, providing operational training to client utility teams and effectively resolving technical issues.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive field service reports (FSR),



commissioning logs, root-cause analysis (RCA) reports, and manage spare parts requests.
Business Growth: Identify and report opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), spare parts sales, and equipment retrofitting during service visits.

Required Skills & Experience:
Core Technical Expertise: Solid, proven field experience in maintaining and servicing all or most of the following: Refrigerated Dryers, Heatless Desiccant Dryers, HOC Dryers, Blower Reactivated Dryers, and PSA Nitrogen Plants.
Electrical & Pneumatic Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit drawings, pneumatic schematics, and work with PLC controllers/programming.
Tool Handling: Hands-on experience with mechanical tools, multimeters, and measuring instruments required for breakdown overhauls.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics
