Aarcee Decorative Materials is a leading manufacturer of innovative interior building materials, offering premium products such as SMARTBOARDS, Durawall Louvers, and Homewood. We are expanding our presence across Tamil Nadu and are looking for dynamic sales professionals to strengthen our market.

Locations: Kanyakumari, Nagercoil, Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities
Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Generate secondary sales through plywood dealers, laminates dealers, hardware dealers, modular kitchen dealers, and interior material dealers.
Identify and appoint current dealers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate dealers, fabricators, architects, and interior designers about SMARTBOARDS.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Execute market development activities, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely collections and coordinate with distributors for stock availability.
Submit daily call reports, market feedback, and sales updates.

Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of experience in the building materials industry.




Experience in products such as PVC Boards, WPC Boards, Plywood, Laminates, MDF, ACP, Decorative Panels, Hardware, or related interior products.
Strong dealer and distributor network in Coimbatore and surrounding districts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification
Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
