Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production of Corian solid surface sheets, countertops, and fabricated products.
Plan, organize, and control production schedules to achieve targets.
Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and ensure proper inventory control.
Oversee fabrication processes such as cutting, joining, thermoforming, sanding, and finishing.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, finishing requirements, and company specifications.
Train, guide, and monitor production staff to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with the design, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment in positive working condition.
Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports and share updates with management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
