Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychologist to join our clinical team. This role is fundamental to our patient intake and diagnostic process. You will be responsible for conducting thorough initial assessments, facilitating psychometric evaluations, and supporting the therapeutic journey through counseling and proactive relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Case History Taking:
Conduct detailed initial interviews to gather developmental, social, medical, and psychological histories.
Identify presenting problems, stressors, and behavioral patterns to inform diagnostic formulations.
Psychometric Assessment Support:.
Administer, score, and assist in the interpretation of various psychological tests (e.g., personality inventories, IQ tests, and clinical scales).




Maintain organized records of assessment data and assist in drafting comprehensive psychological reports.
Counseling & Therapeutic Support:
Conduct supportive counseling sessions under supervision or independently (based on experience level).
Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, etc.) to help clients manage symptoms and improve functioning.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their treatment plan.
Build and maintain a robust therapeutic alliance based on trust, confidentiality, and skilled ethics.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
