Job Summary:The Office Assistant is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. They will assist in organizing and coordinating office procedures and resources, managing communication, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, and filing.
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for staff members.

Greet and assist visitors, providing a qualified and welcoming setting.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as coordinate courier services.

Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, documents, and presentations.

Office Organization:Keep the office area tidy and organized to promote an efficient work environment.




Coordinate with janitorial staff for regular cleaning and maintenance of the office space.

Technology Assistance:Provide basic IT support for office equipment and assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues.

Collaboration and Coordination:Collaborate with colleagues to support various projects and tasks as needed.
Assist in coordinating office-related activities and events.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a relevant role.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and basic knowledge of office equipment.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
