JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Should conduct department Induction Program for the newly recruited Front Office staff for 10 days and give the feedback to Manager - Healthcare.
Should Liaison with Manager - Healthcare & CEO for the deployment of the newly recruited Front Office staff.
Should Evaluate and maintain records of training of newly recruited front office staff.
Should plan and schedule monthly training for the Front office Staffs.
Should submit training calendar and training evaluation every quarterly to HR Department as approved by Manager - Healthcare.
Should identify the training needs for the Front Office staffs in consultation with Manager - Healthcare.
Should conduct training programs regularly on weekly basis.
Should provide training in case of any current equipment is installed in the department for smooth functioning of work process.
Should Evaluate and maintain the records of the weekly training of front office staff.
Should check all the operational records maintained by the Front Office and update the same.




Should interact with the Executives & Supervisors to identify the training needs of the particular department and discuss with Sr. Manager - Healthcare & CEO.
Should Organise / Conduct front office audits periodically.
Should Organise / Conduct teambuilding and leadership program for Sr. Assistant, Supervisors and Executives Customer Care.
Should liaise and coordinate for the English speaking classes for the Front Office with the respective outsourced trainer keeping Manager - Healthcare & CEO in loop.
Should Supervise Front Office Staff and communicate to the team leader for any improvement is required for the individual staff.
Should weekly update and report to Manager - Healthcare about the training feedback.
Should Ensure that proper cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the area of billing area.
Should Handle patient grievance related to OPD/billing and resolve it.
Should prepare duty roster for the Front Off
