Roles and Responsibilities:
Effective in departmental activities like lesson plans, time-tables, and examination work, AQAR, IQAC etc.
Publish papers in appropriate quality journals and present at scholarly activities such as workshops, conferences and other similar events.
Engage in individual research and collaborate both internally and externally on research projects.
Act as a personal tutor, supporting and mentoring the students as appropriate.
Provide pastoral care to students, referring when necessary to services that provide further support.
Contribute to effective cross College/University working. Contact Interested
