About the Role

We are looking for a Student Counselor / Telecaller to handle inbound leads, communicate with prospects, and convert them into students/admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with inbound leads
Explain course details clearly and professionally
Guide prospects through the admission process
Maintain CRM records and daily follow-up reports
Achieve monthly admission/sales targets

Requirements:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Solid persuasion and negotiation ability
Target-driven and confident
Graduation in any stream

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
