Job Title: Social Media Executive

Role Summary

As a Social Media Executive at PAX Academy, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the academy’s online presence across social media platforms. You will create, publish, and monitor engaging content that strengthens the academy’s brand, supports student recruitment, and drives community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Assist in creating and implementing a social media strategy aligned with the academy’s goals.
Maintain a structured content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Content Creation & Publishing
Create engaging social media content (text, images, short videos, reels/stories) that resonates with students, parents, and prospects.
Ensure content aligns with the academy’s tone, values, and brand identity.
Community Engagement
Monitor social media handles daily — respond to comments, direct messages,



and queries promptly and professionally.
Engage with followers to build trust and strengthen community interaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and prepare regular performance reports.
Use insights to improve future content and campaigns.
Trend Monitoring
Keep up with social media trends and platform updates to leverage recent features and creative formats.
Collaboration
Work closely with the design team, admissions, and marketing team to support campaigns, events, and promotions.

Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
