You will handle day-to-day client servicing for US trucking insurance accounts. The role focuses on policy support, endorsements, renewals, and coordination with carriers and internal sales teams. Accuracy, follow-ups, and clear communication matter here.Key Responsibilities
Manage existing US trucking insurance clients
Handle endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and policy changes
Coordinate with insurance carriers for quotes, updates, and documentation
Track renewals and ensure timely follow-ups
Resolve client queries related to policy coverage, billing, and claims support
Maintain accurate records in CRM or agency management systems
Work closely with sales and operations teams

Required Experience & Skills
Experience in US insurance,



preferably trucking or transportation insurance
Understanding of auto liability, cargo, physical damage, bobtail, and general liability
Strong written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working US time zones
Positive follow-up discipline and attention to detail

Preferred
Prior experience with US insurance agencies or brokerages
Familiarity with AMS/CRM tools
