Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries related to residential and commercial properties.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into site visits.
Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and project details.
Ensure polite, qualified, and effective communication with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year experience as a Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive (real estate experience preferred).




Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge and calling software handling skills.
