Someone who can guide mothers with care, communicate clearly, and professionally manage conversations across calls and social media.

Your Role:
Answer client calls and inquiries professionally
Explain basic MammaCarePro & INKAA Royal services confidently
Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram & social media messages
Coordinate with the marketing & content team
Follow up with leads and appointments
Maintain smooth and positive client communication

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Speaks confidently and politely
Has solid communication & people skills
Can handle calls, chats, and client coordination smoothly
Is not just active on social media,



but understands Instagram trends, engagement & scroll-stopping content ideas
Understands qualified WhatsApp communication
Is organized, responsible, and quick to learn
Loves interacting with mothers and women wellness communities

Bonus If You:
Have receptionist or customer support experience
Understand social media engagement & content coordination
Speak Tamil & English confidently

Working days - Monday to Friday

Work timings - 10am to 6pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
