Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control (QC)
Perform routine testing of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Conduct physical and basic chemical testing such as:
pH
Moisture
Appearance
Foam characteristics
Viscosity
Weight variation
Stability observations
Maintain sample retention records
Ensure calibration and cleanliness of QC instruments

Quality Assurance (QA)
Maintain batch manufacturing and batch packing records
Support GMP and hygiene compliance across manufacturing areas
Monitor line clearance and in-process quality checks
Assist in SOP preparation and documentation control
Participate in deviation, CAPA, and customer complaint investigations




Ensure proper documentation practices as per company standards

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain QA/QC logs and records
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for quality-related activities
Assist during internal audits and customer audits
Ensure adherence to ISO/GMP quality systems

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of GMP and hygiene practices
Knowledge of laboratory testing and documentation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and coordination skills
Basic MS Excel and documentation handling

Preferred Skills
Exposure to cosmetic or pharma manufacturing
Understanding of syndet/soap manufacturing processes
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 22716 practices
