Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Noida, with a salary up to 5 LPA.

The Senior Sales

Executive will manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and converting inquiries into successful property transactions.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their requirements, conducting property presentations and site visits, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, keeping accurate records of interactions and sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Executive is expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and represent Square Yard professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role, with a robust track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Noida or willingness to quickly learn market dynamics and property trends.
Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client meetings and property visits, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) and maintaining accurate sales and client documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in place of formal education.
High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and goal orientation, with readiness to work versatile schedule based on client needs.
