We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented *Senior Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Products: Baby Diaper Making Machine, Adult Diaper Making Machine, Sanitary Pad/Napkin Making Machine, Panty Liner Machine and other Hygiene Product Manufacturing Machines.

Responsibilities:
Generate recent leads through field visits, calls, references and market research.
Visit customers, factories, dealers and distributors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.
Explain machine specifications, production capacity, features and benefits.
Conduct customer meetings and coordinate machine demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales.
Follow up with customers from inquiry to order confirmation.




Develop dealer/distributor networks and current markets.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Coordinate with technical/service teams for customer support.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, preferably industrial machinery.
Experience in hygiene machinery sales will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Smart, confident, energetic and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
