Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections, including interior and exterior assessments, to identify any defects, damages, or needed repairs.
Take photographs and videos to document property conditions.
Complete detailed inspection reports, including notes, recommendations, and ratings.
Conduct interviews and site visits with property owners, tenants, or managers to gather information.
Measure rooms, spaces, and features to verify property specifications.
Identify potential safety hazards and report them to management.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, including reports, photographs, and videos.
Provide exceptional customer service to property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
1.Diploma/Graduation

2.Fresher or Minimum 6 months of experience in property inspection, construction, or a related field preferred; freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Robust knowledge of property inspection protocols, safety procedures,



and industry standards.
Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Physical ability to walk, climb, and stand for extended periods.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike.
Must able travel across Bangalore.
Proficient in English and at least one local language.

Preferred Qualifications:
1.Photography skills & Basic computer knowledge/
Experience with property inspection software and technology.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and ordinances.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
