Tele Caller Executive

We are a rapid-growing digital solutions company providing services in website development, cybersecurity, digital marketing and IT solutions to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Caller to join our team and help us connect with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and client details.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Follow up with existing customers regarding services and support.
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and updates.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in tele calling, customer support or sales.
Experience in IT, digital marketing or website-related industries is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
