Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions.
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain compliance with internal hiring policies and labor regulations.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring if required.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of recruitment life cycle:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously




Stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills
Time management and deadline-driven approach
Knowledge of HRMS / ATS systems (preferred)

Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Preferred Experience
Experience in volume hiring and lateral hiring:
Exposure to manufacturing / corporate hiring environment
Familiarity with labor laws related to hiring

Job Location: Surat, Ichhapore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,644.76 per month
