Calling all social media gurus If you enjoy keeping up with the latest trends, viral videos and social media influencers then this could be your calling. We are in search for a multi-lingual Content Moderator to join our team in India, Gurgaon.

We want people’s people with a passion for social media and a love for all things trending. You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail as you will be responsible for taking ownership of video content in alignment with client and business strategies.

You’ll need to have objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content.

What you’ll need
Fluency in Hindi and English with additional knowledge of Nepali or Bengali (Essential)
Availability to work varying shifts including night shift hours and/or weekends if required
Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions (Essential)
Prior user-generated content (UGC) moderation (Advantageous)
Experience in content mining and reviewing
Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis
Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies
Robust analytical and research skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in quick and evolving workflows
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Adhere to strict deadlines
