Burrito Bandwagon is a growing food truck serving fresh, flavourful Mexican-style food. We focus on quality, consistency, and excellent customer experience.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Chef/Cook to manage daily food preparation and service.

Responsibilities:
Prepare burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items as per recipes
Follow standard recipes and portion sizes
Handle food preparation and cooking during service hours
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the food truck
Manage basic kitchen prep and mise-en-place
Monitor stock and inform when supplies are low
Support smooth daily operations
Work with the owner and assistant for effective service

Requirements:
Previous experience as a cook/chef (food truck,



restaurant, café preferred)
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit to stand and work long hours
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Willing to learn and follow standard recipes

Working Hours
2:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight
Weekly off (as discussed)
