Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Support marketing and sales campaigns by providing insights from customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; diploma/certification in sales/marketing is a plus
Advantages:
