About the Organisation

BBFS is the largest football training program, having trained over 20,000 players in the last decade through 50+ non-residential and 5 residential academies across the country. BBFS has India’s largest pool of qualified coaches and has pioneered training and development of India’s finest young qualified coaches.

Role:
The Business Coach will work on a wide spectrum of activities and initiatives designed to augment the development of the organization. He/she will be responsible for complete budgeting, revenue, and operations management for all BBFS Training Centers in the allocated zones.

The role requires demonstrating leadership qualities, managing operations across multiple centers in a planned manner, developing relationships with coaches, center heads, and partners, and maintaining the overall quality of activities as per BBFS standards.

A key responsibility is coaching the business team (Center Heads and Sales team members) through structured and scheduled sessions as well as on-the-job training,



enabling them to perform effectively and grow personally and professionally.

Regular Center Operations & Relationship_

The Business Coach will oversee operations and ensure smooth functioning of regular centers while maintaining continuous relationships:
Ensure continuous relationship and engagement with partners
Identify and develop a network with other clubs, academies, and schools in the zone
Enhance capacity utilization of facilities and coaching staff
Ensure healthy participation from the zone in BBFS events such as trips and leagues
Develop a pipeline of quality coaches and ensure adherence to coaching standards in collaboration with the technical team
Strategize and implement best practices for student retention
Ensure process compliance against key operational guidelines
