Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural drawings, 2D plans, and working drawings.
Create 3D models and presentation views.
Assist in design development and material selection.
Prepare municipal submission drawings.
Coordinate with structural consultants and site engineers.
Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per drawings.
Support in BOQ preparation and detailing.
Software Skills Required
AutoCAD - Proficiency in 2D drafting and working drawings.
SketchUp - 3D modeling and basic rendering.
Revit - Basic BIM modeling and documentation.
Knowledge of Lumion / V-Ray / Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
Robust understanding of building planning and construction details.
Knowledge of materials and site execution.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detailing and practical design approach.
