We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

In this role, you will:
Contribute to core platform engineering across software development, security, and architecture, supported by high-quality documentation and active knowledge sharing within the team.
Develop delivery estimates for development and testing based on design documentation,



enabling effective planning and prioritisation.
Drive on-time delivery of platform-level commitments by working closely with distributed teams and executing against agreed timelines.
Design and deliver cloud-native solutions that are resilient, secure, high-performing, scalable, and straightforward to operate, including in public cloud environments.
Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions in partnership with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, SRE/Operations, and Risk/Compliance stakeholders.
Provide analysis and technical recommendations to meet business needs and improve the performance and reliability of complex systems.
Define platform strategy while managing capacity and controlling costs (including infrastructure and resource consumption) to support sustainable operations.
