Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Service On Way automobile services and RSA plans.
Explain roadside assistance, service packages, and customer benefits professionally.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, dealers, workshops, and corporate tie-ups.
Meet individual sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, garages, and automobile partners.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer feedback.
Handle customer queries and provide basic support regarding service plans.
Represent the company professionally in the market.
Support business growth by identifying new sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales, car dealership sales, insurance sales, RSA sales, service sales, or related field.
Good knowledge of cars, vehicle services, insurance, or roadside assistance will be preferred.
Robust communication and convincing skills.




Ability to explain service plans clearly to customers.
Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer/mobile app knowledge.
Two-wheeler or own vehicle preferred.
