Explain products/services and resolve customer concerns.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve business objectives.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Internet and all the social media websites for telemarketing
