Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant HR skilled to manage all human resources functions for our manufacturing facility. The Plant HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring the plant's workforce is engaged, productive, and compliant with all labor laws and company policies. This role requires a hands-on approach to HR, fostering a positive work environment and supporting the operational goals of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of human resources for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and perks, and HR compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company standards.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all plant positions, from sourcing and interviewing to offer generation and recent hire orientation.




Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Administer performance management programs, including annual reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data, benefits administration, and HR record-keeping.
Lead efforts in employee engagement and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Collaborate with plant management to identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
Manage workers' compensation claims, safety programs, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Participate in labor relations activities, including collective bargaining agreement administration and grievance handling, if applicable.
Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and generate reports as needed for HR metrics and analysis.
