Key Responsibilities: Plan and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders for smooth workflow. Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards on site. Ensure timely completion of project milestones within the stipulated budget. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager or client. Resolve in office issues and provide solutions to avoid project delays. Site documentations.

Qualifications & Skills: Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
